The rhythm of the breath can be harnessed for
healing. This workshop teaches breathing techniques with many health
benefits, including lowering blood pressure. You will also learn to
contact a subtle “inner breath” that circulates through body and mind.
Its pervasive whisper communicates with head and heart, guiding you to
health and balance.
